Villa Jeni is located in the prestigious ‘La Capellania’ urbanization just to the west of Benalmadena Pueblo. There is a new shopping center by the entrance to the urbanization and this features a Carrefour supermarket, a bank, newsagents/ booksellers, tapas bar, dry cleaners, internet cafe, excellent Indian restaurant and stylish Spanish bar/ restaurant. Fuengirola is only a few minutes drive as are Mijas and the aqua parks. Malaga, with its beautiful cathedral and Picasso museum is less than half an hour and the local train service is excellent. All in all a luxury home from home.

Lawn ed areas and gardens feature automatic watering to keep them green all year round. The 8 meter pool has walk-in steps at the shallow end and there is plenty of terracing for soaking up the sun. There is a private drive with remote-controlled, sliding gate. The south-facing terrace has breathtaking views across the Mediterranean and at certain times you can see the Atlas Mountains in North Africa! Sun-loungers are provided on the terrace for your comfort and relaxation as well as a barbecue dining table & chairs. So, picture yourself on a warm summers evening enjoying a glass of well chilled white Rioja while the food sizzles on the barbecue and the scent of cooking prepares everybody for an enjoyable family meal.

Reservation deposit of €100 for first week and €50 for each subsequent week payable at booking stage. Balance due 6 weeks prior to arrival. Payments by bank transfer. Damage bond of €250 payable in cash on arrival and refunded on day of departure following satisfactory inspection of house.

No smoking inside the house. No noise after midnight. No sun lotions or henna tattoos on sofas or towels and bedlinen. Drunken or disorderly behavior will result in call to local police. Please read and observe rules of the pool. Please switch off air conditioning when you go out. Please place all rubbish in containers at least once per day. Please leave the house as you found it, including the barbecue and remove all rubbish on day of departure. Do not strip beds or put towels into washing machine on day of departure.
