In the lounge there is one sofa, 2 arm-chairs, a dining table & chairs, TV, DVD player and DVD's for everyone's entertainment. The lounge leads into the private garden where there is garden furniture... ideal for dining al fresco o reading a book in the afternoon sun with a chilled glass of wine. The villa is part of a complex of 4 houses that share the pool area. The villa is built to a very high standard and has air-conditioning units in all the main rooms. The villa is situated in the middle of Mont-roig Bahia... only streets away from the beach, about 10 minutes away from the Cambrils marina by car and 15/20 minutes away from the Port Aventura Theme Park, Costa Caribe water park & The Aquopolis Dolphin park. Within walking distance, there are several restaurants, cafes and a handy supermarket. Within a 15 minute drive from the villa, there are 5 Golf courses. Three that are part of the Port Aventura set-up, Aigüesverds and Bonmont. A car is advisable but not essential depending on the type of holiday you are looking for. If you do decide to rent a car, the villa has private parking.
