From the house and its spacious rooms, you can enjoy fantastic sea and mountain views, more impressive even if you access the infinity pool with tropical design located in front of the house. The other swimming pool is located on the upper level and it´s open and conditioned all year round. The sunbeds are free. The courtyard garden located in a wing of the house and terrace with barbecue in the other, with the kitchen and living room in between, makes it ideal for a relaxing holiday without space problems. The four bedrooms are in the second and third floor, counting the master bedroom, very spacious, with another terrace and double bathroom (bath over shower stall). Apart has another bathroom and a toilet distributed at each level. The beds and mattress are excellent quality for a good sleeping confort. Soundproofing and insulation double glazed. The house is located in the residential area of "Fuentes de Almuñecar", highly appreciated in the area, it´s quiet. The beach and mountains landscape as well as tropical climate, mild in summer and warm in winter, with 320 sunny days a year as an average, makes the place ideal to spend some holidays. It is very close (4 minutes by car) to several beaches in the form of coves, sandy type, gravel or cliffs and more enlivened beaches with its promenade and town center (6 minutes by car) with all kinds of shops, bars and cheerful the whole year. For skiing lovers, Sierra Nevada, just one hour drive, is an ideal choice. And for those who prefer the historical and cultural tourism, the moresque palace, La Alhambra, in Granada, and the old town, 55 minutes drive, will leave an unforgettable print in your memory.

Close to the Malaga International airport, 90 km. From there you can easily arrive through the A-7 motorway. Same if you are coming from Granada or Madrid, the A-7 (Mediterranean motorway). The excellent ski station of Sierra Nevada is only one hour driving as well as the famous old palace of La Alhambra and the hystorical Granada town.
