Both houses have a living area of 100 m2. The living space is divided into a large living room with American kitchen, a guest toilet, fireplace, 2 bedrooms with en-suite bathroom. NOTE: Both houses are to be let together!

Casa del Arte I has an original 1970's interior with all the original components. From cutlery to coffeemaker, from stereo to lights. Even the terrace furniture has stood still in time.
