The house sleeps eight, has three double rooms with two beds and a master bedroom with double bed and access to terrace and pool. There are two bathrooms with bath, living room with fireplace, satellite TV and a full dining room and spacious kitchen equipped with hob, oven, refrigerator and all the small appliances like coffee makers, toaster, juicer and cooking utensils.

From the kitchen and living room leads to covered terrace equipped with garden furniture, tables and chairs, two steps down we found the barbecue and pool sun loungers and chairs. The house has been totally renovated in 2010, and the furniture and appliances have been renovated this year, which is brand new.

The garden has been designed according to the classic Mediterranean tradition, at the entrance are the cypress tree, which symbolizes welcome, and the laurel symbolizes victory in the rear is a wild olive tree of peace. Also in the garden are planted herbs like chamomile and mint, which visitors can use.
