Much has been written about Javea, it's charming historic town, more hours of sunshine recorded here than anywhere else in Spain, ideal climate according to World Health Organisation, and then not least the imposing El Montgo mountain which from certain angles looks like a sleeping elephant. The 'naya' is a lovely area for sitting, reading and dining whilst enjoying the spectacular views. A most comfortably furnished lounge/dining area with timber-beamed ceilings and stone tosca arches, offers a feature fireplace, satellite TV (FTV SKY Channels) and DVD Player. Leading off from here is the bright modern fitted kitchen which comes complete with dishwasher, washing machine and microwave and outside breakfast terrace.

From the lounge, a hallway leads to the en-suite master bedroom with access to the terrace, two other twin bedrooms and family bathroom. All bedrooms have ample wardrobe space. On the lower level, there is a naya and spacious double bedroom with full en-suite facilities, which is accessed directly from the pool area.The terraces and gardens ensure that living outdoors here is an absolute delight. The lower level 'naya’ affords shade and a peaceful place to sit and read, whilst the purpose built barbeque and outside bar with fridge means that dining "al fresco" in the Costa Blanca sunshine is a must. Villa Ermita is close to all the amenities of Javea yet private and peacefully quiet.Jávea is split into three very diverse areas: the historic old town (el Pueblo), the port (el Puerto) and the beach (Arenal) area. Parts of the old town date back to the 13th Century and up until the end of the 19th Century it was still a walled town, its defences protecting the local population from marauding pirates. The port area still functions as a working fishing harbour but it shares the limelight with an upmarket yacht marina and a popular promenade with open-air terrace restaurants and popular local bars inviting your to sit and drink while enjoying the spectacular views across the bay. The Arenal is the popular beach area, a crescent of clean, white sand lined with a wide promenade with its numerous bars and restaurants. There are a number of children´s play areas on the beach. Why not take the opportunity to rent one of the small motor boats and view this spectacular coastine.Attractions locally in Javea and the Costa Blanca.
There is a wide variety of sporting facilities available locally including golf, tennis, water sports, diving, sailing, horse-riding, etc. Excellent hiking trails of varying length and difficulty for the keen hill walkers. For the kids: The Safari Animal Park, Benidoleig Caves, Terra Mitica Theme Park, Aqualandia Water Park, Mundomar are all within 40 minutes drive. Valencia's impressive City of Arts and Sciences has the Europe's largest Marine Park housing over 500 different species in the numerous underground aquariums. Take time for a day trip inland to visit mountain villages and to enjoy the splendid countryside and beautiful views of Northern Costa Blanca.
