Casa La Nouche is a spacious, privately owned villa situated in the quiet residential area of Cap Marti, Javea, but is just a few minutes by car from the beautiful sandy Arenal beach. Here you will find shops, restaurants, bars, tennis, water sports, children's play areas and, of course, nightlife. Javea's busy fishing port and the historic old town are just a few kilometres away.The accommodation, which is mostly at first floor level consists of a large living/dining room with a glass-fronted log burning fire, plenty of comfortable seating, TV with many channels including BBC and ITV and double doors leading to a large naya (covered terrace) where you can dine al fresco. The kitchen is well equipped with cooker ( gas hob/electric oven), dishwasher, microwave, fridge freezer, electric kettle, toaster and coffee maker. Outside the kitchen is a small, covered utility area with a washing machine.On the first floor level, there are three bedrooms - one with a double bed and two with twin single beds. These bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and ceiling fans. There is a family shower room plus a separate shower room on this level.

At ground level, accessed from the garden terrace area, is another bedroom with twin single beds and this room has a fitted wardrobe and a door leading to a large en-suite shower room.The garden is laid mainly to lawn and is surrounded by hedges, offering a high degree of privacy. The swimming pool is approximately 11m x 5m with plenty of room around it to place sun loungers etc. There is a brick built BBQ.
All bedrooms and the living room have air conditioning/heating units
The house is set well away from the main road and has a garage, plus parking for several cars.

Alicante and Valencia airports are approximately one and a quarter to one and a half hours away by car.
