They are tastefully furnished in ancient Castilian or modern styles and have kitchen and bathroom with shower, together with all amenities needed to spend unforgettable holidays. The terraces in this building allow for peaceful sunbathing and pleasant moonlight evenings.

The apartments are equipped with towels, bed linen, table linen and kitchen towels, with their relevant regular changes. The kitchens are equipped with all necessary items such as crockery, cutlery, kitchen implements, gas cooker and fridge. Besides, each apartments and studios have safe installed. Our solar energy heated swimming pool for children and adults is ideal for first swim of the year after Easter. The swimming pool is surrounded by charming garden with palm tress, olive trees and magnolias. Use our Internet room to send and receive your Emails, surf the web, chat with your friends, etc. Our Internet room also has multi-channel television with dish antenna.

We have state-of-the art washing Miele washing machines that operate with token that is obtained at reception desk. Do your laundry as your relax in the sun. Take a moment to visit our Vera Line beauty parlour in apartment complex to get new look skin cleansing, manicure, depilation, pedicure, etc. What better moment than your vacation to have wonderful relaxing massages to recover from all the stress. Price of Euros per person per day

The V.A.T. (8%) will be invoiced separately.

There will be charge of Euros 10,00 per person for cleaning.

The minimum reservation period is 6 days, with a 10% surcharge for stays shorter than this period. After the reservation date has been arranged, an advance payment of Euros 50,-- per person should be sent. The corresponding rental contract will then be forwarded immediately. The balance shall be paid upon delivery of the apartment.

Included in the prices quoted below are the following services: gas, water and electricity.

Clean bed linen will be provided every ten days.

Table linen, towels and kitchen cloths every five days.

Also included are the use of parking space, swimming-pool and gardens.

Each apartment is equipped with its own linen.

The kitchen is also provided with all the necessary household implements, including refrigerator.

In the case of cancellation by writing, 50% of the advance will be refunded, if such cancellation is made within a minimum period of two months before occupation.

If a reserved apartment is not occupied during the first day (without previous notice) all rights concerning the reservation will be lost.

In the case of an advance departure no refund will be given.
