This small complex is built around a central courtyard.The apartment is on the second floor with a 1 minute walk to the Seafront and Beach.Shops,Restuarants,Bars,Supermarket,Taxi Rank are all within a 3 minute walk.Buses from the main road (2Min) take you East to Malaga City and West to Fuengirola and on to Marbella and Gibraltar.The Apartment is on 2 Floors
Downstairs consists of an Entrance Hall leading to the Lounge
and Dining Room,Large F/F Kitchen,2nd Lounge,Shower Bathroom,
and Double Bedroom.Upstairs consists of 2 Double Bedrooms,a
Double Bedroom with 2 Single beds and Family Bathroom with Full Bath with Shower Facilities.There is Air Conditioning
and opening windows with small balconys around the apartment but no Terrace.The Terrace leading to the Apt entrance can and is used for sunbathing or relaxing reading etc.A Pool is not available within the complex, but the complex next door has a Garden,Adult & Kids Pools,Supermarket,Bar/Restuarant which can be used if you wish a change from the beach.There is Garage Parking within the complex but this is charged as an Extra.Please ask for a price when making your enquiry.

Flights to Malaga (AGP) Airport are available from all over Europe and most UK Airports.The Apartment is 15-20 minutes by Car,Taxi,or by Train which runs directly from the Airport every 30 minutes to Torremolinos station where it is a short Taxi ride to C

ALL PAYMENTS ARE IN EUROS. MINIMUM STAY 1 WEEK. DEPOSIT : 25% BY BANK TRANSFER PAYABLE ON BOOKING. DEPOSITS ARE NON REFUNDABLE. BALANCE : PAYABLE BY BANK TRANSFER 2 WEEKS PROIR TO ARRIVAL OR IN CASH (EUROS) ON ARRIVAL. CHANGE OVERS WILL BE AS FLEXABLE AS POSSIBLE,BUT IF THE NEXT ARRIVAL IS THE SAME DAY AS YOUR DEPARTURE AND YOU LEAVE LATE,THE PERIOD BETWEEN 12.00 HRS TO 16.00 HRS MUST BE ALLOCATED FOR CLEANING PURPOSES. ANY DAMAGES OCCURED WILL BE PAYABLE IN CASH BEFORE DEPARTURE.
