In case of cancellation, the following percentage of retention will be applied, on the amount of the demanded advance payment: * 5% if the cancellation is realised with more than 30 days of advance. * 40% if the cancellation is realised less than with 30 days and more than 15 days of advance. * 50% if the cancellation is realised with 15 or less days and more than 7 of advance. * 100% if the cancellation is realised with 7 or less days of advance.
