This immaculately presented and generously appointed detached villa is located in a peaceful area of the resort of Callao Salvaje yet within a few minutes walk of all local amenities. Now with air-conditioning, the lounge is comprehensively furnished and includes TV (BBC1, BBC2, ITV & Ch4 plus Sky & Sky Sports channels), DVD, video and CD systems. The kitchen is fully appointed with quality units and incorporates an oven, separate hob, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge and freezer.

The master bedroom has a super king size bed and en-suite facilities. Two further double bedrooms on this level share a bathroom. On the lower level, a separate suite has twin beds with shower and en-suite facilities.

Outside there is sun terracing, a covered dining terrace, and a private swimming pool that has solar heating all year round with additional electrical heating in the winter months. There is a gas barbecue, patio furniture and sun loungers.
