Newly built house (2009), designed as a traditional Menorca. Situated in the north, Punta Grossa urbanization near the Marina Addaia (2 Kms), between the towns of Mahon (15 Kms) and Fornells (10 Kms). House with luxury finishes, 100 meters from the beach. It is one of the quietest parts of the area, which offers wonderful views of the sea and the typical scenery of Menorca.
