Villanueva is a small rural village. The property is situated at the edge of the village and has a large lawn garden with some fruit trees, terrace and stone barbecue as well as nice views to the only 1,6 km away ocean, the surrounding meadows and mountains of the Sierra de Cuera. Large garage.

Very well-maintained furnishing, all rooms on only one level. Spacious living-/dining-room with chimney, SAT-tv and music. Well equipped kitchen with ceran fields, oven, microwave and washing-machine. 4 bedrooms (1 with queensize bed 1,35 m, 1 with french bed 1,20 m and 2 twin rooms), 2 bathrooms. In the living-room possibility for one further person to sleep. We recommend to occupy the property with no more than 7 people.
