• Location / Inside: The beautiful newly built holiday home with pool in Playa de Pals is located in a quiet, sunny location in a cul de sac. Magnificent sea views to the islands "Las Medes". The sandy beach, shops and restaurants are only about 10 minutes. On the large sun terrace, private pool is embedded, chairs and garden furniture is provided, a covered terrace on the 1st Floor and the second Floor you will find a further sun terrace with stunning sea views. On the pool terrace is an outdoor shower and a brick barbecue. Garage and parking is available directly at the holiday house.

• Facility: On three floors the house offers you the following layout: on the entrance floor: Cosy living / dining room with satellite TV, radio, 1 guest toilet, complete. equipped new kitchen with dishwasher and microwave, and present a covered terrace with garden furniture. On the top floor has a large bedroom with double bed, satellite TV, private bathroom with shower / WC and a sun terrace with sea view and garden furniture. In the lower floor are 3 bedrooms with double beds. 2 of them with direct exit to the terrace, where, 1 full bath / toilet and one shower room / WC. September Laundry room with washer and dryer. Upon request, central heating. A very comfortable and spacious holiday home for discerning guests!
