Lovely detached villa with private pool, is situated within close proximity to the village of la Nucia, and a short 10-15 drive to the bustling resort of Benidorm. With sea and mountain views, in a quiet location, superb for a relaxing holiday. There are 3 double bedrooms, one ensuite with 2 other bathrooms.There is also an underbuild converted to a family living area with 1 double bed, 2 single beds,and a seating area The kitchen is fully eqipped with washing machine, microwave etc. The lounge has TV, DVD and music system. There is a parking area and outside dining facilities with BBQ.Air con and heating (metered) 1 euro = 2.5 hours.

La Nucia Porvilla has the best known flea market in the Costa Blanca each Sunday. Over 400 stalls are presented. The markets around La Nucia are lively bustling places that are well worth a visit, selling the best fresh fruit and many other food stuffs. Furniture, stamps, coins and second-hand goods are displayed over an area stretching over more than 1 km in length. This is a colourful, diverse and lively market.
