Sa Realität is a villa located in the Cala Blanca, in the municipality of Ciutadella (Menorca). The farm and its environment is about 450 m2 of than 250 m2 are habitable. The villa has a large garden with terraces, pool and variety of services for relaxation, as part of a privileged place. The house has a capacity to comfortably accommodate up to 10 people with all the services of sheets, towels, kitchenware, cutlery, etc... The Cala Blanca is located 200 meters away from the house. Santandría Cala beach is at a distance of approximately 1000 meters. The coastal cliff between two beaches are located within 100 meters from the house, where you can enjoy numerous water sports and enjoy one of the most spectacular sunsets on the island. At about 300 meters are Realität sa full-service restaurant, supermarket, pharmacy, medical, etc... The center of Ciutadella is approximately 3 km. Cala Blanca. Pets always let us know.

Second floor: This second floor is a 45 sq.m beautiful loft, with large windows all around that provide an impressive luminosity and with excellent views of the sea. There are: Two sofa-beds (each one 120 cm. wide), Computer tables, Bookcase, If it´s necessary, you can have: Two inflatable mattress (one 130 cm. wide and the other 90 cm. wide). sa REALITAT is equipped with high technology systems and detailed finishes, as the house has been recently refurbished. These are our building specifications: Zone Wi-Fi throughout the house, Air conditioning, Double-glazed glass in windows, External walls with heat and sound insulation, Water tank (1000 liters capacity), with purifying filters which remove lime and provide clear water to the whole building. Tap in the kitchen with a drinking water purification filtration system by reverse osmosis.
Clocks programmed to automatically switch several lights on and off. A domotica system based on the light intensity and wind speed for the extension and retraction of awnings.

The airport is 45 km, about 45 minutes by car. From the airport buses. We can also help you get car hire and transfer.

To make a reservation you must pay 40% advance by bank transfer. The rest is paid at the time of handover. In addition, you must pay a deposit of 150 €, which will be refunded, provided no damage to the villa.

Paid will be refunded, provided that your reservation can be replaced, ie, another customer books the dates you had reserved. Upon cancellation your reservation, the company will charge 30 euros.
