This superb villa with private pool is situated close to the beach and golf courses set in a peaceful location only within a fifteen minutes walk to Roche Beach. It provides guests four bedrooms comfortably sleeping maximum of eight to ten guest.

A spacious living room with two comfortable sofas and fireplace, bookshelves, dark wood furniture and ceiling-fans. There is an 8 places dark wooden dining-table where you can enjoy your family meals. Spacious kitchen with breakfast table, fully equipped with toaster, dishwasher, freezer, fridge, coffee machine, grill, hob, microwave, oven, and blender.

Coast/Beach The beach entrance leads to you to the long beach (about 9 mi. without a gap), which goes all the way up to the seafront of the La Barrosa to the right. When the tide ebbs a little you can undertake idyllic walks beneath the steep coast, where several bays are located, right up to the lighthouse of the Conil harbour. Golf The famous golf course of Novo Sancti Petri, the new golf course of the Melilla group of hotels (5x) as well as San Andres Golf can be easily reached within 5 min. by car. One of the probably most beautiful golf courses is in Dehesa Montemedio, 20 min. away by car. Further details Conil has a number of large supermarkets, DIA, or Mercadona. A few hundred meters, there’s a mini-market for all your holiday essentials. There is a shop 1,9 mi. away on the main road with a larger range of goods and an excellent variety of local fresh fruit and vegetables.
