Stunning Villa in Mijas La Nueva.

This spacious Villa is located in the popular urbanisation of Mijas La Nueva on the outskirts of Mijas Village. The villa has just been thoughtfully and carefully reformed whilst retaining its original character and no expenses has been spared to make it as comfortable and enjoyable as possible for vacationmakers.

Mijas La Nueva is a well maintained and mature urbanisation, very peaceful, whose facilities include 2 large communal swimming pools, tennis courts and a Clubhouse.

The villa itself is on two floors. On the ground floor there is an entrance hall leading through to a Dining room with open wood burning fireplace. The dining table sits 8 people. The lounge is very comfortably furnished with leather settees and is a perfect room for chilling out. Guest cloakroom.

The kitchen is spacious and modern, very well equipped with granite worktops, pirolisis electric oven, ceramic hob, microwave, dishwasher, food processor, kettle and toaster. The fridge/freezer is of high quality and ample for larger groups.

There is a separate laundry room housing the washing machine.

Upstairs there are 4 double bedrooms 2 of which have en-suite bathrooms with power showers. These two bedrooms also lead out onto a balcony with sea and coastal views. The other 2 bedrooms share a third family bathroom again with power shower.

Outside there is a kidney shaped pool set in a paved sunbathing area which has olive and lemon trees and a barbecue area. There is a covered terrace for outside dining which is grape-vine covered.

A car is recommended, and there is a private carport in addition to easy parking nearby.

There is hot/cold air-conditioning throughout the villa and you have SKY Multi room so everyone can enjoy their choice of entertainment in every room at the same time.

* EasyJet or RyanAir offer cheap flights from most UK airports into Malaga.

* You can take a Taxi at Malaga airport to Mijas, but it can be a little expensive almost the same as renting a car for a week.

* You can take a train from the Airport to Fueng
