This 350 m2 home is composed of 4 double bedrooms with private ensuite bathroom, a completely furnished and equipped kitchen, spacious dining room, and many other special things that provide a comfortable, warm and friendly atmosphere. You can access to the wine cellar from the hall, going downstairs to the basement that has a perfect temperature and humidity to preserve good wines and spirits. It is built in a vault with Majorcan Mares stone (a mixture of sand and chalk) columns, that makes one remember the antique Renaissance rooms. At the private wine cellar you there is a wide range of good Spanish wines and spirits for the enjoyment during your stay.

Smart L-shaped swimming pool (12x18 m) with a cold Jacuzzi and three marble terraces; one of them it is a wet terrace submerged 5 cm which is perfect for playing with the kids, sunbathing or for having a gin-tonic at the sun set. The villa is surrounded by a beautiful Mediterranean garden that boasts a wide variety of colors and flowers; there you can enjoy lovely relaxing walks. The booking will be confirmed once the 30% of the rental has been transferred.

The 70% remaining is payable by cash at the arrival or by bank transfer before the arrival.

Refundable deposit required: 1000€in case of house damages or for the wine cellar consumption. This deposit will be refunded at the departure day.

The seasonal rental contract is done according to the stipulated at the 4.3 article of the L.A.U.
