With an unbeatable location in the city's exclusive neighbourhood, with views of the city and the Atlantic Ocean, this two-storey villa offers 215m2 of floor space. The house is situated on a large 540m2 plot with secluded garden with tropical plants and its own heated swimming pool, sun terrace, sun-loungers and barbecue corner. The villa belonged to the renowned former Danish travel magnate Simon Spies. The villa is not far from the botanical gardens. It's a 25 minute walk to the port and Plaza Charco and only 5 minutes to the nearest shopping mall. A stay at Villa Casa Janni is an attractive way to spend vacation. There is good space, good facilities and no other tourists to share the sun-loungers with. Here you can choose solitude or invite family or friends to share the ample hospitality. In December 2005 the house was again renovated with the ground floor receiving new marble floors throughout plus two brand new bathrooms. Ground floor accommodation: Large living room with dining table and chairs; stereo with CD; satellite flat screen TV; DVD player; exit to the covered patio; fully-equipped modern kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, refrigerator and freezer; 2 bedrooms with double bed; 1 bedroom with single bed and 2 bathrooms with shower and hairdryer. 1st floor accommodation: A large and comfortable room with double bed; private bathroom with bathtub and hairdryer; kitchenette; satellite TV and large balcony. The villa has a washing machine and tumble dryer in a separate laundry room. There is a cot, high chair, iron and ironing board. In the one bedroom on the ground floor there is also a small desk and free wireless internet connection (ADSL broadband). Information: The house was built in 1964 and renovated in 1988, 1998 and 2005/06: electricity and water are registered at changeover; cleaning carried out once during middle of the week (included in the price); towels and bed linen (duvets) are included; Supplement for end-cleaning. The villa accommodates up to 8 people in comfortable and luxurious surroundings. Note: Change-over day is Sunday from 16th October 2011 to 15th April 2012. Summer (April to October) changeover is tuesday.
