This is a beautiful villa in a rural setting, 4 miles from Santiago, and close to the local village of Milladoiro, with full shopping facilities, fitness centre, etc. within easy travelling distance of magnificent unpolluted beaches and has a large mature garden with shady trees, a spacious new swimming pool, barbecue and fruit trees. Garden maintenance included. Ideal for family holidays.The accommodation comprises 2 double bedrooms, 2 twin bedroom, sleeping a maximum of 8 people. There are three bathrooms. The kitchen is equipped with freezer, fridge, hob, microwave, oven and washing machine. The villa has central heating and linen is provided. Outside there is a barbecue, garden, parking, swimming pool 10m x5m and terrace. The villa is suitable for the elderly or infirm and children are welcome. Local activities include cycling, fishing, golf, horse riding, mountain biking, swimming, tennis and walking. We can provide a telephone if required, in which case we ask for a deposit. The nearest international airport is Santiago de Compostela (SCQ) at 12 miles.Galicia, also know as the green Spain, is an unspoilt treasure waiting to be discovered. Galicia is an ideal location for nature lovers, with coastal areas of extreme beauty, and mountains with marvellous forests and rivers. The soft weather of this Celtic region, and the excellent quality of food and wine along with the many fiestas all through the year, (mainly during summer months), makes it a perfect destination for families or romantic trips, or just to enjoy peace, nature and good living.Santiago de Compostela is a famous historical city, renowned for its cathedral of St. James, and of the Camino de Santiago, it is lively and welcoming with its exquisite seafood restaurants and tapas bars. As Santiago has been named in recent years a Cultural Capital of Europe, it has a hive of cultural activities, ranging from concerts, theatre, musical events, art exhibitions, open air cinema, etc, not to mention the great atmosphere and street life, well into the night. It is recommended to hire a car and make short xcursions to the fishing ports of La Coruña, Vigo, and nearby Portugal, all connected by the Autopista del Atlántico.
