All rates are in Euro.

Non refundable reservation deposit of 25% of rental, by bank transfer. Balance one month prior to travel. Sterling payments at prevailing rate of exchange can be arranged.

Cancellation Policy

In the event of cancellation prior we will make every effort to re-let the property and will refund whatever we may get as a new rental less the costs of advertising and (at our discretion) an administration fee of €30.
