The Finca La Espina is very idyllic landscape about 300 m from the coast. Spread over three buildings, there are 8 independent housing units, each with its own garden and a large meadow land. 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, terrace, barbecue. • Location / Outside: Less than 3 miles east of Ribadesella this finca is located in Asturias, with three buildings away alone in a beautiful, attractive location, hardly 300 meters from the cliff. • Unlimited walking opportunities along the magnificent rocky coast and the hinterland (also marked trails), in a landscape of meadows, hedgerows, pastures, woods and small farming villages and interesting limestone formations (including fossils and casts of dinosaur tracks). The walk leads through fields to the coast. • The Camino de Santiago passes nearby. For hikers, vacationers and children alike Espina is a very popular property for years! • There is a beach access (about 10 minutes walk from La Espina directly across meadows) downhill, sometimes with extended levels, partly as a dirt path. For younger children, this bay is not suitable. A large sandy beach is just 3 km away in Ribadesella, even closer to the very accessible beach cove located on the outskirts of La Atalaya Ribadesella. • The buildings have been restored with great taste and good quality and decorated and we let 8 independent of each other and angled housing units: 1, 5, 6 and 8 in one building, No. 2, 3 and 4 in the left building, No. 7 available separately. • Large furnished terrace with great views. Large kitchen with fridge-freezer and oven, followed by living-dining area and fireplace. 2 bathrooms, one in a bedroom (double bed). 1 bedroom with 2 beds. Upstairs 2 more bedrooms with sloping ceiling light (1 with 2 beds, 1 with 1 bed).
