October until April, £195 p/w inc bills for the whole villa, min stay 6 weeks, max stay 7 months Located in a quiet residential area situated approximately 10 mins drive to Moraira and Calpe and within 5 mins drive to the local supermarket and beach. Approx, 10 mins drive to the nearest golf course, scuba diving center and sailing school. The villa sleeps max 8 + 1 infant, there are 2 double bedrooms & 2 twin bedrooms. There are 2 double sofa in each of the upstairs and downstairs lounge. A cot, high chair and safe are available at no extra charge. The villa has WI-FI, air conditioning and electric central heating. Smoking is not permitted inside the villa. The villa is on two levels with separate entrances and no internal stairs. (ideal for 1 or 2 families). Upstairs accommodation consists of 1 double bedroom, 1 twin bedroom and lounge with 2 double sofas, ceiling fan, kitchen, bathroom, air conditioning, electric heating, Satellite TV free to view (some of the free to view channels are, BBC1, ITV1, ITV2, E4, More4, CITV, pop, tiny pop, pop girl, 501 etc) and dvd player with flims and open terrace for alfresco dining. Slightly smaller lower accommodation comprises of 1 double bedroom, 1 twin bedroom, lounge with 2 double sofas, TV, DVD player, air con unit, electric heating, kitchen and shower room. Satellite tv and dvd player with flims. To the rear of the property there is a private family size pool with terrace and outdoor shower. To the front of the property there is a large garden with private driveway leading to a car-port. Moraira is a pretty fishing village, with strict building regulations in force, so there are no high rise buildings here. The fishermen still go out early in the morning to catch the fresh fish to sell later that day at the traditional fish market. The people are renowned for their friendliness and with a coastline that stretches for 8km you will be spoiled for a choice of bars and excellent restaurants. You can walk along the palm fringed seafront, past the castle and numerous beaches, choose from rocks, pebbles or sand. The main sandy beach L'Ampolla is situated at the foot of the castle and is patrolled by lifeguards, here there are excellent facilities including childrens play area, restaurants, bar and various watersports. El Portet beach also has fine sand and crystal clear water, and has been presented with the Blue Flag Award for cleanliness. Moraira also has a very good weekly market with lots of bargains for avid shoppers as well as fresh fruit and vegetables.Calpe is a coastal town and resort situated approximately 45 minutes drive north of Alicante International Airport. Steeped in history and culture, the Old Town is especially interesting with museums, picturesque little streets and squares with many tapas bars and restaurants. Calpe is a friendly fishing village Which sits close to the Rock of Ifach on a hill rising up from the last spurs of the mountain Bernia in the middle of spain's Coat Blanca, a geographical marvel that provides access to the northernmost towns of Alicante's Marina district. It is an authentic tourist site, with a coastline boasting sandy beaches, cliff faces in some areas and an ancient salt mine, Which all give the town a peculiar flavor of its own. Calpe is overlooked by the towering Penon de Ifach Which juts out into the sea and rises to over 1000 ft.

Changeover day available any day of the week. The villa is available from 4.00 pm on your day of arrival and must be vacated by 10:00 on your day of departure. Directions will be emailed 2 weeks prior to departure. Keys will be available on arrival at the villa.

A non-refundable 25% deposit is required at the time of booking.The balance is payable 8 weeks before start of rental period. A refundable damage deposit of £ 250 is required with final balance, (extra if 6 weeks or more) to be returned once a full inspection has been made. Payment can be made by direct bank transfer, cheque or paypal (there will be an additional charge when paying by paypal of 3.5%). Directions will be emailed 2 weeks prior to departure. Keys will be available on arrival at the villa. The rental charges cover water, electricity, gas, pre-arrival cleaning, bed linen, bath towels, hand towels & weekly pool maintenance. Midstay change of linen available at a cost £10 / €12 pp pool towels can be supplied at a cost of £5 / €6 pp. Please bring your own towels if this service is not required. changeover day available any day of the week.
