The garden is well-kept and attractive, with plenty of trees and flowering shrubs providing natural shade and colour. There is a charming covered terrace adjacent to the living room which has a dining table with seating for up to twelve people and a barbecue. A cool and beautifully shaded place to relax, this area has scenic views over the sun terrace and swimming pool to mountains in the distance.

A large palm tree stands at the back of the sun terrace and beyond this is the secluded swimming pool which has a paved surround and hedge and lawn borders. There is a convenient open poolside shower. Swimming pool description: Large rectangular pool. Dimensions: 10.0m x 4.0m. Depth: 1.2m - 2.1m. Access: ladder steps. 8 sunbeds and mattresses are provided. Outside there is a table tennis.
