This fantastic villa is directly on the beach. A tranquil setting and ideal location, one of only a few villas directly on the beach. Panoramic views of the sea. Access directly onto the golden sands of the La Cala de Mijas cove with panoramic views from the gardens and lounge. It has a beautiful shaped pool facing out to sea and there is also a jacuzzi, just stroll along the beach to the local bar.The lounge and dining area have views to the garden, pool and the sea. There is a fully fitted kitchen, complete with dishwasher and washing machine. Hallway leads to the first floor with master bedroom with fully fitted wardrobes, ensuite wet room and balcony and view to the sea. The hallway leads to double bedroom and ensuite shower room with balcony and sea views. Twin bedded room with fitted wardrobes and ensuite shower room. Ground floor double bedroom with next door family bathroom.Outdoors there are steps leading to the beach.
Garden furniture and sunloungers and a poolside barbecue are provided. You are able to fish on the beach and there are rock pools for fishing for the children. Wood decking beachside with steps to beach side terrace , day room with second kitchen and bathroom.Stroll along the beach to the local bar. La Cala is a 10 min walk along the beach to its numerous shops and
restuarants. A 10 min drive to famous Marbella and the marina at Puerto Banus. Shopping galore at the wonderful named shops, from Gucci to Valentino. Drive to tax free Gibraltar. Water sports only 150 metres along the cove.
