Villa in Nerja Beschreibung
Sleeping between 4 and 8 people, this pretty white painted villa has its own terraces and enclosed private lawn garden with shrubs and fruit trees. The villa is ideal for larger groups, or for 2 families, who want to be together. The 2 apartments allow you to be together when you want to be, or separate when you need to be. Or either apartment can be rented by couples or families for an intimate, relaxing holiday. EACH apartment has comfortable accommodation for 4 people (plus 1 additional small child if required). Each has 1 double bedroom and a bedroom with 2 single beds, its own kitchen, lounge and bathroom; the lower double bed is Queen size! Each apartment has independent access. Sunbeds and BBQs are provided. See Features Summary below. The lower apartment is ideal for families with small children because, as well as its own patio it has a garden, and the bathroom has both a bath and shower. The garden is ideal for babies and small kids who need some area shaded by the olive tree to play in, or for adults who merely want to read and snooze in the quiet. The upper apartment has both a large patio and a roof terrace, with spectacular all-round views. These are fantastic terraces to gather in the evenings after a long day, to enjoy a beer, wine or cava (or several!) as you watch the sun go down, highlighted by the spectacular sunsets. The villa is in a perfect location in the small multi-national community of San Juan de Capistrano - 2 mins walk from the superb pool complex which is surrounded by lawns and cafes, bars and a shop - near enough to get to easily but far enough away to be quiet and peaceful. All day, and until 10pm in the summer, you have exclusive use of these extensive, fully supervised, adult and children's communal pools, which are open from Easter to end-October. The whole area is patrolled by security guards and is quiet and peaceful, away from the bustle of the town. San Juan de Capistrano, which is 5 mins by car or 20 min walk from Nerja, has beautiful established gardens and walkways, the pools, and cozy restaurants. The gardens (including our own) are tended by professional gardeners. There is a superb shop near the pool which stocks a wide range of food stuffs including fresh dairy produce, plus the full range of daily British and other European newspapers and magazines. A frequent local bus service operates from the shop into Nerja, and often takes you on a small and very enjoyable sightseeing tour passing through many urbanizations before reaching the centre of town. This is an excellent way to enjoy the many bars, restaurants and night clubs in town without having to use the car!
Villa Lage
Nerja is a pretty town with narrow streets, a weekly market, excellent restaurants, bars and nightlife. The town marks the eastern tip of Málaga's Costa del Sol. Once a sleepy fishing village, Nerja now has a population of over 12,000. It boasts 16 kms of beaches with clean sand and sparkling clear water. All major water sports are available here, including water skiing, scuba diving and sailing. The nearest beach to the villa (and in our opinion the best) is Burriana beach, which is about 1.5 km away - a short easy drive, or a comfortable hike. The beach has a wide choice of bars and restaurants; a speciality is an enormous paella cooked over an open fire. For those keen walkers, the hiking in the nearby hills and mountains is spectacular. Or for golfers, Baviera 18-hole golf course is about 15km to the west of Nerja. Flanked by a dramatic mountain range to the east, the town has managed to avoid being blighted by concrete high-rises. The old quarter of the town is still virtually unchanged with narrow, winding streets, whitewashed houses with wrought iron terraces overflowing with geraniums. The heart of Nerja is its spectacular Balcón de Europa, a magnificent promenade along the edge of a towering cliff, with sweeping panoramic views of the Mediterranean and the small coves and beaches below, against an awesome backdrop of hazy blue mountains. There are plenty of restaurants and cafes here to choose from, and you can hire a horse-drawn carriage to explore the most romantic corner of the town. The town's monuments include the 17th century Church of El Salvador, in a style which is a charming mixture of baroque and Moorish, and the beautiful Gardens of Capistrano Playa, which descend to Burriana Beach. Nerja's most spectacular attraction is its fascinating caves, located just 1 km from our villa. They include archaeological treasures such as paintings over 20,000 years old and other pre-historic remains. One of the enormous natural caverns has been transformed into a concert hall, where many performances are staged during the summer. Finally, for those who want to enjoy Nerja's many nightclubs and bars into the early hours, then the Tutti Frutti area in the centre of town is perfect for you.

A 10% deposit is required on booking and the total amount 6 weeks before arrival. Longer winter lets available at reduced rates. Come out of season and still get some sun! Discounts available for late bookings, and for repeat bookings. We accept payments via PayPal, although a processing fee applies of 3.5% for GBP and 4% for € payments..
