Part of a gated community, our beautiful vacation townhouse in Manilva, Spain, is an excellent getaway for you to spend a few days with your loved ones. This four bedroom retreat is spacious enough to lodge up to 10 guests. The bedrooms include twin bed and child-size bed. The bathrooms are well fitted with all modern amenities. If you love to cook your own meals, you will find the fully equipped kitchen matching up to your requirements.

Our air-conditioned vacation retreat has a TV, cable TV, Playstation and DVD player in the living room for you to gather over your favorite movies, music and sitcoms. Relax at the 3. floor terrace in the evenings enjoying the ocean views from over a drink. Your beloved pets are more than welcome at this pet friendly retreat. You can also revel in the community pool.

For avid golfers, an excellent golf course is near by. There is a wood burning fireplace to spend some quality time with your group over your favored brews and beverages. You can also sample fine and varied cuisines at the nearby restaurants, cafes and diners.

150 Euro has been paid no later than 10 days after the contract has been signed by both parts.

The rest of the payment (rent and deposit) must be transferred to my account no later than 8 weeks before the renting period begins. Final cleaning: 100 €
