The Area Surrounding the Villa :

The Villa Lazkano is located in one of the most exclusive residential areas of San Sebastian. From the windows of the house enjoys beautiful views of the great forest surrounding the area where the tranquility is indescribable. A 10 minute walk from the famous beach of “La Concha” and 15 minutes from downtown San Sebastián, where you can enjoy the famous Pintxos of the city.

The Villa :

The Villa Lazcano has 250m2, divided over 4 floors with 4 rooms, 3 bathrooms, kitchen, lovely garden, private parking for 3 vehicles and a txoko for big event meals.

On the Main Floor We Have :

The living room, spacious and bright, has a dining table with capability for 8 guests. It’s fully equipped with TV and DVD. From the lounge you access to a lovely garden carefully preserved, with table for 6 people where you can enjoy a nice evening outside. The right classic decoration provides an elegant atmosphere to the Villa. The fully equipped kitchen with table for four people. Equipped with: Oven, microwave, washing machine, cooker, toaster, coffee maker, crockery, cutlery, etc.

On the First Floor :

Three rooms for six people, two of which have double beds and one bathroom included. All of them with access to a balcony with lovely views. Two fully equipped bathrooms. All rooms have large wardrobes where you can conveniently store your belongings.

On the Second Floor :

Lovely attic-room with double bed, exit to a balcony and decorated to enjoy the children. On the ground floor we have a private parking for 3 vehicles, a small bathroom and a magnificent Txoko where you can enjoy big event meals.

All rates are in Euros.

- Refundable Deposit : 200 € (to be refunded upon departure and return of the apartment in good condition).
