\r\nThe large wooden and glass front door opens onto the large typical Catalan Masia central room, flanked on either side by the living and dining rooms and kitchen, and with the stairway up to the first floor at the far end.

\r\nTo the right of the main entrance is the first of the two living rooms, this one with a large fireplace and a smallish TV, a cloth sofa seating three, two lazy chairs under a reading lamps, and a card table over by the window looking out towards the front of the house. The next room on this side of the house is the second and larger living room, this one with a larger TV, a portable radio/cassette/tape player, two 3 person sofas, and two separate card tables seating 4 each. The windows here look out over the pool to the side of the house.

\r\nTo the right of the entrance there is a door to the dining room, with a dining table seating 12 guests, which has another door leading directly into the kitchen. The modern kitchen has a medium-sized fridge, double sink, electric hob and oven, dishwasher, microwave, etc. and plenty of marble counterspace for food prep.

\r\nBetween the 2 living rooms is the downstairs WC and beyond the kitchen a small utility room and the garage with a ping pong table.

\r\nUp the old-fashioned wood and tile staircase to the first floor you come out on the large central distributing room, 40m2 or more, same as downstairs, with a sofa and a couple of lounge chairs. Around this hall you'll find 3 double rooms with private bath and 1 double sharing a bathroom with a single room.

\r\nAll double rooms have 2 twin beds put together and all 4 bathrooms have bath with shower nozzle as well as the sink and bidet.
