Las Palmeras is an extremely well maintained and appointed villa just a short walk from the sea. With 5 bedrooms there is ample space for 10 people to have a great holiday.

Built in typical Valencian style the villa has an external staircase joining the 2 levels.

The upper/main level has 2 bedrooms, they can be made up either as a twin ( 2 single beds) or a double (superking) There is a large family bathroom with bathtub and walk-in shower. Also a second WC/washroom, a hallway and open plan living room with dining area and a fully equipped kitchen.

The lower/poolside level has 3 bedrooms. 2 are twins and share a shower room and the third can be made as a twin or a double and has an en suite bathroom with tub and walk in shower.

Both floors have balconies and there are sea views from the main level. The gardens are large and there is a lovely terrace surrounding the pool with plenty of space to sunbath or relax in the shade of the palm trees.

There is a stone built BBQ and tables with seating for lesiurely El fresco dining.

Las Palmeras is 5 minutes drive along the coast road west of Moraira and 15 minutes from Calpe. There are many beaches and coves and the spectacular mountains that act as a backdrop to the coastal area. Valencias and Alicante are both 1 hour away.

Moraira has a weekly market and is a lovely, vibrant town with a marina and a lot of Spanish charm. There are no high rise buildings to spoil the views and the area is very green due to the protection of trees in the region.

There are good golf courses, water sports, shopping, cycling, walking, hiking, tennis and many, many restaurants.

Terra Mitica theme park, Aqualandia water Park and Parc Natura the nature park are 45 minutes away near Alicante and are great days out for all the family.

Other towns in the region include Denia, Javea, Alicante and Valencia.

1 hour north of Alicante airport. 75 minutes from Murcia and 1 hour south of Valencia Airport. Please see our website for directions.

Access normally from 4pm Departure by 10am. These timings can sometimes be flexible please ask.

Prices range from 1000 - 2200 Euros per week, with a 10% discount for 2 week stays or longer.

Shorter breaks, long stays alternate starting days and one level only lets available out of season. Please enquire.
