House of 400 m2, with capacity for 10 people located in the beach area of Sa Caleta and Cala Jondal. The main qualities of our vacation villa in Ibiza, Spain to be highlighted are a privileged position in the side of a hill overlooking the sea and Formentera. It is 10 minutes drive from the airport in a quiet area with lots of privacy and close to one of the best places in the island as a meeting place by night and day: the Blue Marlin, Cala Jondal.

The house has 5 bedrooms, two living rooms and so many terraces or terrace with Balinese beds or furnished for your enjoyment. All rooms have ocean views. There are 5 bathrooms, two of them en suite. There are A / C in all rooms, three plasma TVs and two stereos that can be heard from outside. The area outside the house is distributed around the pool, which has numerous individual Balinese beds and sun loungers for your enjoyment. It also has an indoor BBQ area with sofas and table work.
