This beautiful newly build and newly furnished property in the heart of the Tramuntana mountain range with views overlooking the village of Valldemossa and the Cartuja. This property sleeps a minimum of 10 people. There is a private garage for a minimum of 3 cars, a table tennis table, a private swimming pool with spectacular views, 9 x 4.5m with sunbeds, table and chairs. Entrance hall with 2 single beds, separate bathroom, kitchen area, separate lounge and dining area which leads off to a seated terrace area that Overlooks the swimming pool with views of the mountain range and Valldemossa. The second floor has a double bedroom with en suite. A Bedroom with 2 individual beds and en suite. Bedroom with double bed and en-suite with jacuzzi and doors that lead onto the terrace with seating area to gaze out over the mountains. BREATHTAKING. The Village of Valldemossa is one of the most sought after areas in Mallorca. Lots of history within this small village, only 10 minutes drive to the Port of Valldemossa, walking, cycling and sightseeing or just relaxing in this beautiful village. Only 17km to Palma centre. Valldemossa is in a elevated location, looking down into the valley and surrounded by the Tramontana mountain range, filled with olive, almond trees and leafy vegetation. The narrow, lofty streets of Valldemossa offer a special enchantment. The native house of Saint Catherine is conserved in the town. The ancient monastery, Cartuja, originally a royal residence, was inhabited by the Carthusian monks from 1399 until their expulsion in 1835 due to the secularization of church property. During the winter of 1838-1839 Frederick Chopin and George Sand lived in this monastery, their stay is still well remembered today. Chopin once said 'this is the most beautiful place in the world!' the port is only a 10min drive away.

• Refundable deposit required 500 Pounds or euros for any willful damage to the property or its contents, to be paid upon arrival.
• We request a 40% initial deposit with the balance payable on arrival to the property.
