Luxury 5 bedroom villa first season of letting with private pool
barbecue area and amazing views.Very spacious light accommodation on
2 floors. There is a games room in the basement.There are 6 single
beds and 2 double beds. Facilities include Fridge/Freezer, Hob,
Dishwasher, Microwave Iron/Ironing Board, Dryer, Satellite TV, DVD
player, part air con, ceiling fans in all the bedrooms and gas
central heating.
Villa Détails de la location
The villa is in a beautiful position if you want peace and quiet, if you
want the beach it is within 5 minutes distance in car to The Cala and 8
minutes to Fuengirola. You also have a good choice of Shops and
Restaurants in both towns. For people who like to Golf you have Mijas
Golf at 2 minutes distance, Santana Golf 2 minutes and La Cala Golf 5
minutes. Malaga Airport is 25 minutes and in the other direction Puerto
Banus is only 30 minutes. I own and manage the villa and will be
available should you need anything. There is a choice of Bars and
Restaurants nearby. A cot could be arranged if required.
