There is direct access to the beach via a small underpass and the Supermarket with more restaurants just a stroll away with the lovely Village of La Cala just a 15 minutes walk away or a couple of minute by car. Far superior to your average ‘Holiday Flat’ with everything you could wish for to make your holiday a perfect one and so well situated that car hire is unnecessary. Just perfect for summer or winter with the owner on hand 24 hours a day to make sure you are well looked after.
Penthouse Lage
Situated at Torrenueva just a lovely twenty minute stroll away from La Cala with plenty of parking space and direct access, on foot, to the beach with the supermarket, bus stop, taxi rank a couple of minutes away. Torrenueva is just about the nicest estate on the coast being residential but with excellent sensibly priced restaurants and just everything would could wish for for a perfect holiday or longer winter break. La Cala, with its world famous golf courses and wonderful Spanish charm and friendliness, is Sunny Spain at its very best Sitting on one of the Penthouse patios watching the sun slowly sink into the calm warm Mediterranean Sea.......... it's what dreams are made from

We are twenty minutes by road from Malaga airport and do provide Airport Transfer at 40Euro each way, for that you are met by Chris or Jack our friendly English drivers who will take you safely and carefully to your holiday property and if you wish will stop on the way at the local supermarket. There is also a train service into the centre of Fuengirola where taxi await you for the 10Klms trip (6miles) to Torrenueva. An-und Abreiseverfahren
You can arrive and depart any day and stay for any amount of days which makes getting those illusive cheap flights that little easier, you can also arrive at any time of the day and night and still be met with a friendly face even if I'm still in my night shirt. On departure you leave when you are good and ready, NO BEING THROWN OUT AT 10 IN THE MORNING!!!! Obviously there has to be a bit of give and take when it's a same day change-over and cleaners needs to set to but we are your Friends here in Sunny Spain so everything is done with your pleasure and comfort in mind
