Villa Lua, is very near the new golf course, has the Hospiten (private hospital insurance) at 500 m. Biosphere is the mall near the house with shops and bars, cafes etc.
The distance tothe village is 500 m and the main beach (Playa Grande) at about 500 m
Aso it's not far from hotel fariones 4 stars hotel, and the sports club, swimming pool, tennis, paddle, fitness, etc.
Villa Lua is a beautiful villa, it is in a private community with a capacity for up to 10 people. Has 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, bathroom with jacuzzi bath tub.
Dining room next to kitchen with glass dining table art deco, sits 6, plus another room with bar and fireplace (not in use), table for 10 people, and bar.

Payment Policy
All the Rates are in Euros.
- The basic rates are based on 4 people, maximum 11 people, from the fifth person charged extra (90 € low season and 100 € per high season).
- These rates are applied throughout the year except Christmas has only one fixed price for renting the villa does not matter the number of people included in list price of 1.300 €
- If you can hire cleaning villa, 2 days a week 80 € more, if you want more days may apply.
- There shall be a Deposit of 200 € as deposit to be returned if it has not caused any damage.
- includes a welcome pack consisting of tea, orange juice, beer, sugar, coffee, milk, biscuits and wine cellar. Should you wish more than anything else would be happy to provide it, send us your list and you can pay this on arrival.
If you would like chairs and baby cribs must request it at 20 € a week per item.
