This villa is privately owned and not used by the owner and it is situated in a quiet surrounding on the branch of a hill, completely protected from the vision of neighbors with a breath-taking view over the sea and famous Es Vedrá, the great mythical and legendary rock that rises up to 380 m from the sea.

The modern American kitchen (endowed with a big refrigerator and deep freezer with ice maker/ ice-crusher, cooker, modern stove, dish-washer, microwave etc.) is integrated into the bright and friendly drawing-room. The kitchen has an independent open fire-place with seating accommodation. The entire house has central heating and can therefore be lived in throughout the year. Glass-doors covering the whole southern front of the house render possible free view over the beautiful sun-terrace with the pool (6x12 m) and the sea and Es Vedra in the background. The property is 10.000 square meters big, surrounded by a blooming garden landscape with large terraces. It is an oasis of quiet and repose.

There are many shady sitting arrangements and also hammocks. And not to forget the barbecue outside. There are also a lot of parking places.
