The thick stone and wooden-beamed house is articulated around a walled-in and vine-covered patio, with an artesian well (barbecue nearby), and a utility room. The main entryway opens on to the central receiving room from which all the downstairs rooms are articulated. To the right, the dining room seating a total of 14 guests. Beyond is the kitchen, well appointed, and at the far end is the large living room with fireplace and the main sitting area. Off to right of the dining room there is a hallway leading to 1 downstairs bedroom followed by the downstairs bathroom, with half-bath.

A wide stone stairwell leads to an upstairs central sitting room, around which the 4 first-floor rooms and three baths are distributed. Around the stairwell, there are two rooms with double beds, one room with two single beds, and one room slightly set apart, which consists of a bedroom with two single beds, and a stairway up to the attic, which in turn has two single beds and a fold-away. So if you count the attic room, there are really 5 rooms around the stairwell. In addition to these rooms, a door leads across a outdoor covered gallery (just above the patio) to a large and very private master bedroom with full bath, and two double beds.

The Spa is to the left upon entering the large main hallway. It consists of a jacuzzi seating up to 4 or 5 adults, some stationary bicycles and other work out equiptment, and a bathroom with shower. The owner has put an electric counter on the jacuzzi so that electricity for the jacuzzi will be payed for apart.
