he villa is on 3 levels. The ground floor ground floor with large terraces (120 m² with different lounges and shaded outdoor dining area, barbecue) includes a large kitchen (gas stove work, 2 fridges, a wine cellar, dishwasher, freezer) open sitting room (fireplace, TV, DVD player) and room to eat, guest toilet and a covered terrace (patio) with fireplace (barbecue). The terrace is accessed by stairs to the pool and terrace.

The upper level is an apartment called the apartment pattern that has its private terrace, balcony, bathroom and shower, separate toilet, internet access and fax. The lower level offers 5 bedrooms, all en-suite bathroom or shower and toilet, direct access to the terrace level. A laundry room is also available.

One room communicates with a chamber and can be used as a children's room, however, but all the comfort to be independent. Another room can be used as a room to house a staff member because it has a terrace. The terraces are furnished with rattan armchairs and cushions.
