Finca Crespo is a lovely traditional mini-mansion, completely walled-in and very private. Approached through a long, sweeping private driveway. Surrounded by hectares, and hectares of own grapevines and oranges. A very cosy second home with air-conditioning, built-in-Barbecue, own swimming pool (28ft x 17ft), terraces and parking for several cars. It is located near to the towns of Benissa, Moraira, and Calpe.

Accommodation is on two levels:

Ground floor level with large lounge-diner opening out to large covered terrace areas. A spacious well equipped lounge-kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine. Satellite television system, glazed naya. Master double bedroom with en-suite bathroom, separate toilet shower room.

First floor level with one Master bedroom, two twin bedrooms and one bathroom.

The villa provides a comfortable stay for either 8, or 12 people, (with the East Wing Annex**) and is within 3/4 miles of Moraira and Calpe.

**The East Wing Annex has 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, a completely well equipped kitchen and a second lounge-dining room, interior 'patio' and Satellite TV. The East Wing accommodates an additional 4 people.

The property offers good value large and spacious accommodation. It is comfortable and well furnished and is equipped with heating and air-conditioning.

Finca Crespo has lots of character and is beautifully furnished and set in a countryside location and not far from the sea.
Local amenities include restaurants, local supermarkets, bars, with Benissa village only mins away. Calpe beach 5 km, Moraira beach 6 km and Terra Mitica Theme Park 20 minutes drive away and the Airports of Alicante and Valencia less than 1 hours drive.
