Payment : 25% at reservation by bank transfer and 75% by bank transfer before arriving or in cash the arrival day.

Deposit to give the first day of the rent: 700 Euros or 1200 Euros for group of young people that mean less than 25 years old (in cash or by cheque returned the depart day).

The person who is in charge of your reception give you the keys of the villa when you arrive at the villa adress.

You receive access plan and information for arrival day when you receive back the contract signed by the owner.
