The Villa is set in a rural location,10 minutes from the long sandy beaches of El Campello and San Juan. The Villa is set in its own grounds with a Private Pool and Tennis Court and has a large mature garden with Palm trees, orange trees and views to the mountains. There is a basketball hoop on the tennis court and basketball provided along with tennis rackets and balls. Large L shaped room with dining table and chairs, 3 large settees all reclining. There are 2 sets of Patio doors that lead onto a large covered terrace, with tables and chairs overlooking the pool.Children's room with T.V/DVD/VCR. Lots of children's videos, board games and toys.

Mirrored wardrobes, ceiling fan, dressing table and window. Large spacious bedroom with king size bed, views to mountains and pool, wardrobe, dressing table, flat screen television and free Sat TV. Bedroom with double bed, ceiling fan, fitted wardrobe,dressing table and large window with views to the mountains. Bedroom with 2 single beds, fitted wardrobe, chest draws, mirror, ceiling fan and patio doors leading onto terrace overlooking the pool. Bathroom with bath, separate shower, vanity unit basin and toilet.

Large covered terrace leading off the lounge and overlooking the pool. Large tables and chairs with seating for 12. Next to the kitchen with sink, washing machine, tumble dryer and fridge.

Busot village is 5 mins away by car, the village is very old and pretty and is situated on the lower slopes of the Cabeco D'OR mountain range.The walks in the mountains are spectacular and there are also the famous Canelobre Caves, these are some of the most spectacular caves in Spain. The local baker will deliver fresh bread and pastries to your villa everyday if required and there are also shops and bars El Campello is 10 mins by car where you will find beautiful blue flag sandy beaches, bars restaurants, shops and banks. There is a tram that goes to Alicante or up the coast as far as Denia.

The Villa is 30 minutes from Alicante Airport.

From airport follow the blue signs to Murcia/Alicante E-15/A7.

Follow road and turn right at sign for Alicante/Benidorm/Valencia and you will merge onto the A7.

All rates are in Pounds Sterling. These prices are based on 11 people sharing the villa. A supplement of £15 per night will be payable for an extra person.

A 25% non-refundable deposit is required on booking, with the balance to be paid no later than 8 weeks prior to the holiday.A £300 refundable deposit is required 2 weeks prior to arrival date. This will be refunded to you no later than 8 working days once the villa has been cleaned and checked. We only book Saturday to Saturday in High Season.
