Our Casa Karina stands 9 miles from the centre of Valencia and beaches and close to the airport. It is situated in stunning un spoilt country side. The country side is a wash with numerous fruit groves, orange, lemon almond peach olive and in flower the groves fill the air with blossom scent. The villa stands in 1000sq meters of its own gardens filled with fruit trees, flowers, and large lawn it has numerous shaded areas for outside dinning and has a summer outside kitchen.The garden has sun hammocks and sun lounges.

The villa has its own large pool (24x14) the pool has a full filtration system and underwater lights and is fully enclosed by balustrade and gate for peace of mind
We have 6 fully furnished bedrooms a mixture of double and single beds each room is fitted with sun shutters and air conditioning. The villa can sleep up to 12 people. The kitchen is fitted with marble work tops it has all the usual appliances. The dinning room is very large with dinning table and chairs fully furnished has a wood burning fire for winter lets it has TV DVD Music station and play station console A main bathroom is on hand with bath, shower and bidet, a second room has a toilet and wash basin, make up mirror with lights, vanity cupboards. The villa is close to the villages and towns of Cheste and Chiva were numerous festivals are held through out the year. Both towns have shops/bars and restaurants.

There are also main train lines from the 2 towns. The Cheste racing circuit is 5 mins away as is the El Bosque golf and country club there are 4 more golf courses close by, the town of Bunol were the Tomatina (Tomato fight) is held is approx 15 mins way. A short drive into Valencia City is a must to visit Spain’s 3rd largest city were the old town gracefully meets the new town were the world famous Arts and Science and entertainment complexes are situated, a must to see is the harbor and beach locations.

the villa is 10 mins away from Valencia airport and 1hr 30mins away from Alicante airport.
