Apartment en Benalmadena Description
This modern duplex apartment is ideally located just a couple of minutes' walk from the beach, and with bars, restaurants and a supermarket right nearby.
The apartment itself has south-west orientation and views to the sea. There is lift access and it is wheelchair friendly as there is ramped access to the swimming pool and patio areas. There is a security entryphone system in the entrance hall.
The lower section of the apartment comprises of a lounge with flat screen television and patio doors leading out to a balcony. The kitchen is well equipped with electric oven, ceramic hob, dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer set in a fully equipped kitchen with granite worktop. There is a serving hatch through to the lounge and dining area.
The bedroom on this floor has a single bed and patio doors also leading out to the balcony. There is a guest bathroom with full bath facilities.
Upstairs there are 2 double bedrooms, one with single beds and patio doors leading out to a private balcony with excellent sea view over to the bay of Fuengirola. The third bedroom has a double bed, television, and a private balcony with sea and mountain views.
