This is the modern 350m2 house of an architect, situated in a 10 hectaire private fenced-in property of mostly Mediterranean pine and cork oak, just outside of the town of Sils, 65 kms north of Barcelona by car, 1 km walk to the commuter train. Built some 15 years ago, this designer house has 6 bedrooms (2 en suite) and a total of 4 bathrooms plus 1 WC, along with a 4-man sauna and an exercise room with weights and nautilus machines.

But by far the nicest part of this villa is the large triangular swimming pool and the outdoor covered barbecue dining area and porch.
