On the ground floor we find a large living room with a fireplace and a TV, a fully fitted kitchen dining room, two double bedrooms, two bathrooms (one of which has been adapted for the disabled) and a laundry room for washing and ironing. On the first floor there are 5 double bedrooms (3 of which have an en-suite bathroom and can be adapted according to numbers), a separate bathroom and a living room. Outside there is a porch with a barbecue and a large garden with an 8 x 4m swimming pool. There is also a covered parking space.
The farm is located in the middle of La Selva, a county of Girona Province, within the municipality of Sils, a town linked by the AP-7 motorway, the N-II national road and the railway. It is also close to the C-25 road (Eix Transversal) , which provides easier access to other inland
counties.
