The furniture is of the highest quality and comfort. The large flat-screen television has feature surround sound and multi channel capability. To the side of the living room is the large super quality large kitchen which again has the best quality equipment and features a state-of-the-art fridge freezer with ice and chilled water dispense. There is, of course, a dishwasher as well as an oven, microwave, coffee machine and toaster as well as a 40” flat-screen HD TV.

The feature central island has a ceramic hob and stainless extractor system. The kitchen and lounge both have sliding patio doors to the white-tiled terrace which runs the length of the accommodation and this has a comfortable seating area and dining table and the sea and garden views are fantastic. BEDROOMS – There are five bedrooms two of which have their own ensuite facilities (the master en suite has to be seen to be believed!). The master bedroom has a King sized bed, air conditioning and large flat screen TV. There is a spacious dressing area and the en-suite bathroom with bath, shower, his & hers washbasins and WC. The second double room overlooks the tranquil and perfectly ordered rear gardens and this has its own ensuite with specially adapted shower. Two double rooms share a ‘Jack-and-Jill’ bathroom and the twin bedded room has its own adjacent shower room. The master bedroom and two other double-bedded rooms also have sliding doors to the terrace.

All of the bedrooms have independent, remote-controlled air conditioning. From the entrance hallway there are marble stairs down to the lower-level living area with its fully equipped utility area with washing machines, tumble dryer etc. At this level there is also a cocktail bar and a separate lounge with games and large flat-screen TV leading on to the games area with pool table and comfortable sofas to relax on. Here also is the barbecue area, established gardens of 4,000 square meters (42,500 square feet) with lawn and trees as well as sun terrace area surrounding the swimming pool. There are sun loungers, parasol and a pool shower for your comfort and an indoor shower as well. There is a high quality alarm system which is very easy to operate. There is also a safe.

GUEST HOUSE – Set in the gardens is the two bedroom guest house with fully furnished living room, kitchen and guest cloakroom. At the lower level are the two bedrooms and bathroom. Both bedrooms have individual, remote-control air conditioning. There is an outside terrace with table and chairs. The bookings run from Saturday to Saturday and please note we would ask all guests be packed and ready to vacate Villa Paraiso by 10.00 am on the day of your departure. The maids will arrive at 10.00 am to clean rooms, change beds etc., ready for the next guests arrival. Should you have a late afternoon or evening departure flight, we are happy to take care of your cases and take you to the beach or for a coffee whilst you are waiting to depart. There is a shopping centre about one kilometre from the villa and this has a Carrefour supermarket, a bank,Italian restaurant newsagents/ booksellers, dry cleaners, tapas bar/café, superb Indian restaurant and International bar and restaurant with WiFi. For a small additional fee we can also supply welcome food packs to suit up to 12 guests. Mijas is about 15 minutes drive or you can take the bus by the shopping centre. The aquaparks at Fuengirola and Torremolinos are about 10 minutes by car with Malaga being about 20 minutes by train. No smoking inside the house. No noise after midnight. No sun lotions or henna tattoos on sofas or towels and bedlinen. Drunken or disorderly behavior will result in call to local police. Please read and observe rules of the pool. Please switch off air conditioning when you go out. Please place all rubbish in containers at least once per day. Please leave the house as you found it, including the barbecue and remove all rubbish on day of departure. Do not strip beds or put towels into washing machine on day of departure.
