'Santa Lucia' is about 8-10 min. by foot from the shoppingcenter. There are shops, restaurants of all kinds, pubs and discos and a lot of leisure activities such as tennis, minigolf, squash, large trampolines, gym, a big water park and golf (nearby).

In the other direction you´ll find on the beach / at the harbour deep-sea fisherboats, a surf- and sailing school, renting of jet-ski and pedal boats and also a diving school and ...

'Santa Lucia' is built at a slope, the ap. nr. 6 - as well as all the other apartments in this complex - has an unique view to the ocean and is very quiet. You can reach the flat going down some 10 steps on the stairways - I have to confess I never counted them exactly (my fault). That will be your task or that of your children ... The sight to the beach and the sea will make you feel inclined to have a swim in cool water and indulge in an icecream. But as your kitchen is equipped with a big fridge and freezer you can also store some icecream 'at home'.

The bedroom - as well as the living room - has access to the balcony offering you a fantastic view over the beach. There is a quite big wardrobe for all the odds and ends you may need during your holidays (and that normally you´ll take back afterwards without ever having used them at all). Inside there is a safe that will give you safety (just now I learned the very origin of this word 'safe') - up to now we never had problems with b.

After receiving a preliminary confirmation e-mail from you, I will send you one with my bank details so you can proceed to sending half of the amount as soon as possible to make your booking firm. When the money is in my bank account I will send you another e-mail confirming that it has been received correctly. This represents a mutual agreement between you and I and it assures that: - the accommodation will be yours - you will definitely come and use your reservation as agreed About two weeks prior to your arrival you will need to send the second half of the full rental price (same bank details). From the fourth week you´ll have a 10% discount ( exept at Xmas and Easter time). For renting more than 6 weeks you can get more discount in general agreement.

If anything gets damaged or broken: Dear guest Generally speaking, if it is only a little thing just tell me about it before your departure. If it is something of more than just insignifficant value, well that is what you normally have an insurance for, do you not? I always think optimistically, so please let us treat others as we would like to be treated ourselves. If transfer is required from and to the airport, there is a number of different possibilities: - Transfer arranged via myself (max. 3 adults+luggage) - 30€ - You can take the public bus (line # 91) - Adults pay about 8€ each - You can take a taxi (max. 4 adults) - Should not exceed 60€
