Home in Nerja Beschreibung

Villa Azahara is located in southern Spain, in Andalusia, in the province of Malaga in the Costa del Sol, in the municipality of Nerja, in the residential fireplace.

Located in one of the best residential areas of Nerja, situated on a hillside above the cliffs of Burriana beach, with wonderful views of the sea, town and mountains. The house is spread over 2 floors with a landscaped entrance with space for parking, terrace, swimming pool and solarium.

The upper floor houses the living room with air conditioning, TV LCD 37''and Astra satellites I and II, the dining room, kitchen, three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a toilet. One bedroom has a double bed, air conditioning and exclusive bath, and the other two bedrooms consist of two single beds each and shared bathroom. Downstairs, next to the pool, is a fourth bedroom with double bed and adjoining bathroom.

The pool is completely private terrace area, lawn and barbecue attached. Its surface is about 35 m2.

Cancellation Policy

If the tenant to desist with more than 30 days before the rental starts, recover 80% of the amount paid on account. If gives up between 15 and 30 days before the rental starts, recover 20% of the amount paid on account. If withdraws less than 15 days before the start of the rental, you can not recover anything from the amount paid on account. If the owner withdraws more than 30 days before the start of the rental, the tenant must return the amount paid on account plus 20% of that amount. If gives up between 15 and 30 days before the start of the rental, the tenant must pay the amount paid on account plus 80% of that amount. If withdraws less than 15 days before the start of hire, must pay the tenant double the amount paid on account.

Rates are subjected to change without prior notice.

Not allowed more people rented. Prices are for a 1-4 people. For 5-8 people the price is 10€/day more. For 9 people the price of the extra bed is 10 €/day. No pets. Clean entry and change of sheets and towels weekly. Check in 16 hours. Check out by 10 hours. From July to August on entry and exit will be on Saturday. The pool will be operational all the year. For stays of a month or more there are special conditions and prices. Contact us.
