• Location / Outdoor: A wonderful property with free, unobstructed views of vineyards and pine woods up to the sea, sandy beach 1.5 km distant bays (including diving).

• There are two adjacent, well-furnished semi-detached houses.

• Each house has a lower terrace to the garden and a terrace on the 1st Floor (accessible from the bedroom).

• Newly designed pool area: The two pools are at right angles to each other, slightly staggered in height, so that water flows from higher to lower (approximately 6 x 4 x 3.5 and 7 m, depth 90 - 150 cm (operating from 15/05 - 15/10).

• Facilities: Downstairs: Living room with fireplace, large dining kitchen with microwave, new cooker and hob, bathroom, 1 small bedroom (bunk beds, side by side on request). Exit to the garden terrace.

• On the first floor the bedroom with double bed, wooden floors and satellite TV, in an attached alcove-like room is a further bed. Exit on the upper terrace. The interior is simple and practical, the garden and view is very beautiful!

Our prices are FINAL incl electricity / gas / water

Final cleaning included, if the house is left tidy. Otherwise, will be retained on site for a cleaning fee expense from the deposit.
